Sian James, Massage and Holistic Therapist

I have been qualified since 1999, I did my training at local colleges in Wiltshire.

I can use the letters IIHHT, VTCT, MFHT, MICHT, RDN.

I am a member of FHT, the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am fully insured and complete the required CPD hours each year.

I have worked alongside Chiropractors and Podiatrists for most of my career, beginning as a Chiropractic Assistant. I was a dental nurse for ten years also.

My massage career also includes time spent in the Middle East, and at a Thermal Spa in Bath.

I have built my business up over time to the rich holistic based practice it is today. I very much recognise that people are individuals, each with different requirements. Modern life is very stressful, and there is a link between our emotional and physical self. Stress and tension so often settling in the muscles of our neck and shoulders.

I am pleased to be able to offer a range of therapies to help with not only relaxing tight muscles, but to aid pain relief, and to help with the discomfort of lymph oedema, water retention, or those with a sluggish or reduced immune system, prone to lots of cold and flu viruses.
