I have been qualified since 1999, training at local colleges in Wiltshire.

My qualifications mean that I can use the letters IIHHT, VTCT, MFHT, MICHT, RDN.

Being a member of FHT, the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am fully insured and complete the required CPD hours each year.

During my career I have worked alongside Chiropractors and Podiatrists, beginning as a Chiropractic Assistant. I was a dental nurse for ten years also.

My massage career also includes time spent in the Middle East, and at a Thermal Spa in Bath.

I have built my business up over time to the rich holistic based practice it is today. Recognising that people are individuals, each with different requirements. Modern life is very stressful, and there is a link between our emotional and physical self. Stress and tension so often settling in the muscles of our neck and shoulders.

I am pleased to be able to offer a range of therapies to help with not only relaxing tight muscles, but hoping to aid pain relief, and to help with the discomfort of lymph oedema, water retention, or those with a sluggish or reduced immune system, prone to lots of cold and flu viruses.

Since moving to Norfolk I also work at the Big C in Norwich offering complementary therapy for those that have been affected by cancer.
